    Here are my picks for casting an FMA movie, in no particular order. (You can leave out my description of where you might have seen their acting if you want to read this on a podcast.)

    Al: Aaron Dismuke (Al's voice actor)
    Sloth: Marguerite Moreau (from 'Easy')
    Hughes: Matthew Perry (of 'Friends' fame)
    Barry the Chopper: Billy Boyd, who is really skilled at playing mentally unbalanced people.
    Fuhrer King Bradley: Al Pacino
    Envy: Parker Posey (Blade: Trinity and lots of indie films) or Keira Knightley (if she can drop the accent at will)
    Greed: Jude Law
    Shou Tucker: Paul Giamatti

    Please when is there gonna be another podcast, I love them so muuuuch. I rely on them because where I have Full Metal Alchemist it's on at 1am and I need my sleep. Come on it's been months! I understand that you have a personal life but dont quit on me now!

    I just want to say now that i LOVE your podcast. It's done very well. And unlike some podcasts it doesnt put me to sleep. But in this epiode you said that a live action movie of full metal alchemist wouldn't come out until 2020. But if i recall Death Note has a live action movie and it started running in 2003 or something like that. If full metal continues to be as AWESOME as it is i think a ive action movie could come out in japan around 2010 and here in the U.S.A around 2013. Just an opinion. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

    Hey! i would like to start off by thanking you for the amazing job you have done with the podcasts! There is only one question that i have..So Caution to anyone reading his ..this is a spoiler alert.

    If homunculies can't age, why does Izumi say "If my son was alive, this is the age he would be."
    But wrath cant age, he's a homuncules.
    so at first I thought maybe he just recentley escaped from the gate, but that would mean he aged inside the gate, is that possible? Thank you for your time! :)

    I didn't mention an actor for Ed because I was hard pressed to think of someone who was the right age AND a good actor. That said, and keep in mind it's just my own humble opinion here... Ed is supposed to be 14 or so, right?
    Haley Joel Osment is probably a bit too old for the role. But Alexander Gould from the Showtime program, "Weeds" would probably be my pick. He seems the best actor and likeness, but if a movie ever does get made it'll be years from now and some fresh face will probably be plucked from obscurity! (Can we say 'Mark Hamill'?)

It's been a long time, and I can understand if life is what's causing your long absence from making a new podcast. However, we have all been waiting for quite a while, and we don't know what happened to you. We really do enjoy listening to you!

    I miss your podcast so much! They are so helpful and informative. Your analysis of how episode 28 "All is one, one is all" is related to eastern religions even gave me some of the starting ideas for a term paper on Japanese culture in anime that I wrote for a college class.

    I really hope will able to continue.
    Make sure to keep an eye on the news with the new FMA series that will be coming out!

    I've got a feeling that's going to to be it for Annotated Alchemist.. shame to, recently picked up all 30 on iTunes, and I absolutely loved it, it was a shame when I reached episode 30, because by then, I knew it was the end.
    In anycase, great job, though unfinished it was a fantastic ride through the more.. phillisophical side of FMA.
